BOB Winner and Dog CC Winner was from the Open class - Champion Benny von der Roten Matter. In my opinion this dog is without a doubt the best male in the UK. A male who is anatomically  and temperamentally sound, a male quite clearly of a very high standard and which is most importantly free of the faults in size, upper arm, ears, eyes and croup evident in our breed today. He showed himself to be a well angulated, firm dry, far reaching and powerfully moving dog of the desired size and type. - 4 years well pigmented black and tan male of the absolute medium size, medium strength. He is expressive with good eyes, high withers and a firm back. The very good topline is complemented by a well laid, moulded croup. The fore angulation is very good as are the hindquarters angles. He has the desired height to length ratio with balanced proportions. Stands absolutely correct in the front and rear which he demonstrates by his soundness. Powerful ground covering gait.
